I've spent years inside facilities like this. The information exists, it's just scattered. When something goes wrong on the floor, the people trying to understand it are piecing together what happened from four different places, two email chains, and a conversation that happened at shift change and never got written down.
That's not a technology problem. That's a structure problem. And most software makes it worse by adding another standalone tool to the pile.
RIGG is being built differently. The goal isn't to build the best maintenance module, or the best quality module, or the best safety tool.
