You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and for activity under your account. You must only access tenants, facilities, and data that you are authorized to access.

Acceptable use

Do not access or attempt to access accounts, facilities, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access.
Do not interfere with, disrupt, overload, test, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as expressly permitted in writing.
Do not enter unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or confidential third-party information unless you have the right to do so.
Do not use demo or pilot access to evaluate the service on behalf of a competitor without written permission.
Service terms

Early product, real operational use.

Demo environments may contain sample or fictional data.

Pilot access may be limited, time-bound, manually approved, or subject to separate written terms.

Features may change, be added, be removed, or be refined as RIGG is developed and hardened.

Stonegarde may suspend or remove access where needed for security, misuse, non-payment, or policy violations.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the data, records, notes, files, and facility information you enter into RIGG. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that information.

Intellectual property

Stonegarde and RIGG, including software, design, branding, content, workflows, and documentation, are owned by Stonegarde or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, Stonegarde may use them to improve its products without obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

No professional advice

RIGG can help organize operational information, but it is not a substitute for professional engineering, safety, legal, accounting, regulatory, or compliance advice.

Availability and changes

Stonegarde may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, demo access, pilot access, or services as the product develops, subject to any separate written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonegarde will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
